Here's a quick and simple recipe for a nice chicken stir fry. There are a ton of variations that can be done with this meal, so feel free to get creative.
Teriyaki Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Green beans
- Cabbage (e.g. bok choy)
- Bean sprouts
- Red onion
- White onion
- Garlic
- Rice (e.g. basmati)
- Soy sauce
- Chili paste (e.g. sambal)
- Brown sugar
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
- Chop onions and cabbage.
- Stir fry chicken in a bit of oil.
- When the chicken is almost done through, add vegetables and stir fry for a couple minutes.
- Add soy sauce, garlic, chili paste, and sugar. Mix well.
Note 1: You can thicken the sauce with a little corn starch as it starts to boil
Note 2: Also goes well garnished with cashews or sesame seeds
