I'm a straight, 24 year old white male and I support equal rights - for everyone. I'm appalled by the vote to ban gay marriage in several of these United States and I am not alone. It seems as though every few decades there is some huge perceived moral issue such that a large group of the people feel it is needed to restrict others. This is disgusting. What has been about women, about blacks, about minorities and about those who cannot defend themselves should have been about equality for everyone all along. Stop the hate. Stop the discrimination. Let's just enjoy life already.
